Well not lotas really, but rather those shower head things they have in pakistan and other countries. Is it possible to start implementing those in North America? I think they’re better than having the typical lotas

omg YES! can we please, please, please bring them here? all get tiled bathroom floors (ceramic please) and use that bottom faucet in the tub. it’s not like anyone uses that thing!

Unlike Pakistan, toilets in the US generally do not have any drainage in the floor. So if this handshower/muslim shower starts leaking, you are in quite a bit of a mess.

I am sure its possible. Just that a lot of people in North America live in pre-built homes or rent apartments etc, so can't really install drainage in the floor without incurring substantial costs and inconvenience.

i think they are a waste. In america best thing to do is Dry-Wet-Dry wipe:
1) Take 3 sheets of toilet paper and wipe your ass
2) Take 4 new sheets of toilet paper get it wet and then wipe again
3) Take 3 sheets of toilet paper (in its dry condition) and wipe again.
The process can be repeated multiple times to achieve required satisfaction. I hope this helps
