Hamzaad , the 2nd you,,,

Re: Hamzaad , the 2nd you,

I would like to revive this thread…

Qareen means companion, and in fact, can be called “Jinnati” جِنَّةِ for the general use of the word, or Jaann جَآنَّ in terms of a pair (just like Insaan is a pair Man+Woman). Please look at the sequences and the way they are used in the Quran in relation to INS.

Where INSI اِنْسِ is used, JINNI جِنِّ is used
Where INSAAN اِنْسَانَ is used, JAAN جَآنَّ is used
Where an-NAAS اَلنَّاسِ is used, al-Jinnati اَلجِنَّةِ is used

Now let’s first look at armughal’s quoted translation of the verse 43:36:
If anyone withdraws himself from remembrance of (Allah) Most Gracious We appoint for him an evil one to be an intimate companion to him.

Please show me how he translated Saitaan as “An Evil One”?

Shaitaan comes from ShaTaNa which means “it/he distanced/lengthened/detached/burned/rebelled-in-pride/turned-in-opposition”

Descriptive isn’t it…

A classical Arabic use os the term:
اِنَّه‘ لَيَنْزَوْ بَيْنَ شَطَنَيْنِ
Verily, it (horse) leaps between two long ropes.

Or
رَكِبَه‘ شَيْطَانَه
His anger got the better of him

Or
نَزَعَ شَيْطَانَه
He plunched out his pride

So how do we translate this verse?

If anyone withdraws himself from remembrance of (Allah) Most Gracious We appoint for him ALL THAT IS DISTANT FROM GOODNESS to be a CONSTANT COMPANION to him.

So there is no being tethered to you… it’s your own psyche.

Second point, the way I described the pairs. INS or A-Na-Sa means “He became sociable/friendly/conversable/without-aversion” … this again is describing social behaviour … and Jinn has everything to do with staying hidden, or averting, or concealment … so these are behavioural pairs in themselves and can be used for the same species. Nomads and Shamans for instance can be considered Jinn and are different from the INS or the urbanites.

Another possibility is of type #3 - al-Jinnati and an-Naasi. We can start with deciphering an-Naas. It is strange that sometimes, the following expression was used:

نَاسِ مِنْ بَنِيْ فُلَانٍ
People from the tribe of “so and so”

And yet, the slam dunk of all

نَاسِ مِنْ الجِنِّ
People from the JINN … WHAT???

How would there be such an expression unless jinn was an attribute that differenciated one group from another within the same species?

I have already explained what that attribute is.

So let’s look at one last word, IBLIS. This word comes from BaLaSa meaning “He/it dispaired”… hence IBLIS means “it/he that causes dispair”… sometihng bad or evil causes dispair, such as greed, or pride, or anger.

So is IBLIS Jinn? I think so… we do not see our blinding pride or greed or anger … it is as if “God has put a veil” on one’s heart when he/she is under IBLIS’ influence

So is IBLIS Malikah? I think so… Malaik defined classically mean “those who are given control”… if we are blinded by IBLIS, aren’t we under its control?

So is IBLIS Shaitan? I think so… Isn’t it distant or detatched from reason, intellect and goodness?

And in the end, is Shaitaan your Qareen? NOT ALWAYS… but it is only a CONSTANT COMPANION (Qareen) if you let it be the better of you… by abandoning your God given intellect and reason and goodness, hence becoming detatched/distant (ShaTaNa) with reality and trailing in humanity.

I hope this post proves meaningful for those who are finding it difficult to swallow “hocus pocus”, like me…

Re: Hamzaad , the 2nd you,,,

I heard Hamzaad is something (not sure if a jinn or angel) is by you till you die.

And you know when you visit a person who has knowledge of jadoo (magic) to find out about your past and stuff like that. It is this Hamzaad where they get info about your past and stuff.

Wallah Hu Alam

Re: Hamzaad , the 2nd you,,,

More hocus pocus... thanks for the insightful comment.
Yes your psyche and memories stay with you all your life... hypnotists can do the same btw.

Re: Hamzaad , the 2nd you,,,

yaaar why would i want to capture my hamzad, if he is my duplicate then he is probably just as much of a procrastinating lazy slacker that I am, I may actually end up creating more work for myself by having this hamzad run around. can i try to capture teh hamzad of bezos, gates, the google guys or, branson etc?

Re: Hamzaad , the 2nd you,,,

Hamzaad - sounds like a mawkkil (jinn) to me.

Re: Hamzaad , the 2nd you,,,

I heard of Hamzaad, Muwakkils etc. Some scholars say that they might exist as some people expereinced that. There is nothing which goes in favor as well as in denial, when it comes to Islam

Re: Hamzaad , the 2nd you,,,

Ever heard he expression "It's all in your head" ??

Re: Hamzaad , the 2nd you,,,

Never. What is that?? Some kind of hocus-pocus:)

Re: Hamzaad , the 2nd you,,,

dudes I dont understand one thing,
if womeone wants to discuss friggin existence of dinosaurs then peope start posting fatywas on how its a watse of time has no sharai value and the asker is a duffer etc.

but on topics of hoor, hamzaad and assorted useless stuff its alright to do a gol-maiz-conference?

something just does not add up here folks.

Re: Hamzaad , the 2nd you,,,

:) well if you've read my post and still think there are invisible fiery beings who accompany us under the names Hamzaad, Qareen, Muwakkil, Shaitaan and Iblis, then it's your choice. I think these are psychological elements (fiery nature v/s the bright and shining intellect) that do accompany us, all our lives... our better half and the worse one. Hence the free choice to listen to, and following either "whisper".

So yes you can control your "Hamzaad" ... right now ... no mantras for 40 days in the cemetary.

Re: Hamzaad , the 2nd you,,,

No way to show them reality till they give up on delusions...

Re: Hamzaad , the 2nd you,,,

Ah, the intricacies of life. Dont you worry your puny little gray substance, too much

Re: Hamzaad , the 2nd you,

uggg!!!

Re: Hamzaad , the 2nd you,,,

Possibly because these paranormal things are claimed to impact many people's present lives (I have personal experiences). This is not only true for desis in Indo-Pak, but also for many people in west and other parts of the world.

The dinosaurs, on the other hand, are just a thing of the past, a source of pleasure for the archeologists and researchers in related fields of studies. Why would an ordinary person care unless he has personal interest in this area?

Re: Hamzaad , the 2nd you,,,

why would a person care about hamzaad unless he has personal interest in that area?

PS: dinosaurs have impacted people's lives too. I thank god for dinosaurs every day when I drive

Re: Hamzaad , the 2nd you,

Open this link: http://www.usc.edu/dept/MSA/reference/searchhadith.html and enter the string jinn for a search. Don’t forget to select all check boxes, so that all hadith compilations are included in the search. See how many authentic ahadith there are related to it. Even now will you think the way you think?

Re: Hamzaad , the 2nd you,,,

Because jinns live among us. We affect there lives and they affect ours sometimes. They are living beings with feelings and intelligence. Its another matter that you don't see it that way. Refer to my last post for authentic hadith references. Of course, before that, there are authentic references in Quran. Unfortunately, some of us prefer to interpret them differently.

Re: Hamzaad , the 2nd you,,,

so 'controlling' hamzad is something appreciated in sharia? and the talk about and time spent in mantar jantar and challa and what nots to control hamzaad is like a farz sunnah or nafil?

Re: Hamzaad , the 2nd you,,,

i think Hamzad is your nafas or you can say mind
when people do chilla they go away from normal life ( that is forbidden in islam ) and as a result they got some brain problem and start thinking that they are talking to him as in verana where they were unable to talk to some one they start talking to themself and this problem continues with them when they came back

Re: Hamzaad , the 2nd you,,,

dude but when ppl talk about controllign hamzad theyare not talking about controlling their nafs, that much is cleareven from teh first few posts in this thread.

but i know wha u are saying
