dear Bhai logo…not trying to act like Mr. Right (because i know how confrontational and stubborn i am) but as you guys know very well, we have a long lasting tradition in our culture to say good things about the deceased one, offer unconditional maghfarat and pray for the departed soul on the day of his death no mater how much we differ from him in his life. So a request that lets keep this thread non-political and non-confrontational. We will inshallah continue to discuss his policies, actions and implications in many separate threads for many more years to come.

I think what the culture says or what gets done in the culture is not more important than what is right and what is wrong.

Would you also apply the above logic to OBL, Mullah Umar, Malik Ishaq?
