And as the Prophet SAW said:

“Anything which intoxicates in a large quantity, is prohibited even in a small quantity.”

In Sunan Ibn-I-Majah Volume 3, Book of Intoxicants, Chapter 30 Hadith No. 3392

So according to this hadith, the chocolate chip cookies in question are not haram, because no matter how many of them you will eat, you won’t get intoxicated…
