Yes, I am taking these as my blood tests came back normal and there seems to be no problem with my thyroids, hence the hair loss. I haver been told by a friend to also consider horsetail tablets as that is also a hair loss remedy but I think I will stick with biotin for now. How many mgs are you taking?

I have also ordered some clip on hair extensions from eBay and if they suit me, then will get the weave put in. They are done by Afro-carribean stylists. I would rather have weaves put in than heat and glue stuck in my hair.

I’m taking 1000mg. I’ve heard prenatal vitamins also help hair growth.

Just a word of warning - when the weave grows out, it’ll take a chunk of your hair with it when you take them out. It’s very taxing on your natural hair.
