I blame them because thats a fact. Nothing done during the civil war was done on the behalf of the Pakistani people. The general public never had any inkling of the situation. There are crimes commited by Armies all the time. The US soldiers during Vietnam were implicated in massacring whole villages. Does that mean the US people had sanctioned it?
(Unlike in Kashmir however, where Army atrocities are common place and are supported by the Indian public.)

Balochis will get their independance if they must. And if the situation is such that it should warrant such action, then so be it. But Balochistan issue will be resolved eventually. We arent Indian after all. Already the issue is settling down and eventually the problem will have to be resolved.
The groups you refer to are terrorsit organizations. All organizations are made up of individuals. But you dont consider criminal gangs as cvilians. They are distinct from the general public. When members of a criminal organization are killed by police, we dont call that a murder of civilians. There are also terrorist organizations in India, as well as criminal organizations. All of whom have commited all kinds of violent acts. But you dont blame the Maoist murder of police officers on the general Indian public do you?
Ofcourse, like I said, many of the worst crimes in India are commited not by career criminals or terrorists but by normal everyday Indians just like you.
Also, at what point to you consider these organizations as criminal anyways? They are fighting Indian occupation of Kashmir. Thats makes them freedom fighters. If their activity involves Pakistan, then they are criminals.
Point stands. While in Pakistan, crimes are commited by known terrorsits, just as anywhere else in the world, nothing rivals India mass riots and genocides commited by the general public.
In India, people just like you, who arent members of any organization are walking about having commited the most heinous crimes you could imagine. There are thousands of average Indians who have butchered women and children and walk about like any other Indian citizen, and not a single one of them will be brought to trial.
And this nonsense about more Muslims being killed in Pakistan is garbage. You may have said it beforem but it was as much garabage then as it is now. 2 seperate riot inicdents in India equal nearly 6000 Muslims… We Pakistanis may be victims of someone elses wars, but you people are yourselves responsible for the murder of thousands of your own people.
And like I said before. Pakistans problems will pass. The Taliban will die out and the US will leave Afghanistan eventually. But Indias riots and mass murders will happen again like clock work.
