If Mullah Fazllulah was the ONLY person responsible for the violence in Pkaistan i might have even bought your argument. You know as much as most of Pakistanis know, there is more to it. Groups like Lashkar E Jhangvi and Sipah e Sahiba along with TTP are resopinsoble for much of the violence. As in the case where a Jamat e Islami leader has been held responsible by the locals in Bajaur, these are local elements who have come home to roost.
Are you trying to tell me that the state of Pakistan is not capable of taking on India so it is taking help of hired goons :D. Hafeez Saeed has no loci standing as far as Kashmir is concerned. It is a dispute between two countries … but then i guess you realize that Pakitan is not capable of handling itself so it has to use these goons who rely on religious sentiments. All it has ended doing is ferment more trouble in Pakistan itself, as these self styled religious entites want to use the same religious fervor to “cleanse” Pakistan.
