Hadith & Sunnah is forbidden by Quran

Re: Hadith & Sunnah is forbidden by Quran

^ Wishy washy paintbrush ... and you have the key to understanding the Qur'an and those who spent their lives studying it and passing their studies through the generations dating back in an unbroken chain to the prophet Muhammad (SAW) don't? Nice try .... Peace

Then let them follow the Quran then. Whose stopping them?

^ Every one who studies Quran on their own will come up with his own version of Islam, which will be radically different from each other.
This is why Quran is insufficient unless explained through hadith and sunnat.

So what do you say? Is ruku a part of namaz?

22.26. Behold! We gave the site, to Abraham, of the (Sacred) House, (saying): "Associate not anything (in worship) with Me; and sanctify My House for those who compass it round, or stand up, or bow, or prostrate themselves.

So bowing like prostrating is form of prayers.

"Behold! The angels said, 'Oh Mary! God has chosen you and purified you, chosen you above the women of all nations. Oh Mary! Worship your Lord devoutly. Prostrate yourself, and bow down with those who bow down'" (3:42-43).

Good to know I am not alone on this forum as far as this stance is concerned... though I woudn't call myself a "Quranist", but simply muslim.

Peace brother.
