You just proved that you reject the Quran and look to other sources of guidance besides the Quran.
I qualified that statement from the CLEAR VERSES IN THE QURAN. It says when the hypocrites ‘COME TO YOU’, meaning Muhammad. Why are they hypocrites? Because it is impossible to ‘bear witness’ to Muhammad’s messengership. They were not there in high heaven when GOD informed Muhammad he was a prophet. Hence, GOD knows those who say this statement are liars.
[63:1] When the hypocrites COME TO YOU they say, “We bear witness that you are the messenger of GOD.”* GOD knows that you are His messenger, and GOD bears witness that the hypocrites are liars.
In the 2nd verse it says ‘under the guise of their APPARENT faith’. Since, they are claiming to bear witness Muhammad is the messenger, it means their ‘APPARENT FAITH’ is Islam. And those ‘hypocrites’ repel from the path of GOD.
[63:2] Under the guise of their apparent faith, they repel the people from the path of GOD. Miserable indeed is what they do.
The 3rd verses says it is because they ‘believed, then disbelieved’. Since, you accept other sources of religious guidance your mind is blocked, you cannot understand.
[63:3] This is because they believed, then disbelieved. Hence, t**heir minds are blocked; they do not understand. **
The verses is clear. Hadith is not needed to understand these verses or any verses for that matter.
