Had a coach been murdered in Pakistan during a world cup or in Sril Lanka, i think by this time the tournament would have been called off. Everyone would be blaming the security and aussies and proteas would have taken the first flight home.
But here instead, Pak team itself is being made to look bad, as if they are not a team but a betting syndicate. On top of it, everyone is hurriedly resigning in PCB to shirk blame. PCB chairman and patron in chief should have stood up for the team.

We know how to make ourselves the most miserable lot. We succumb to pressure by anyone and get defensive at the very first chance. Mentally, we are the most poor nation of the world. And to put it more simple, we don't know how to get respect.
