~*H.A.D.I.T.H*~ of the Day

Re: ~H.A.D.I.T.H~ of the Day

Narrated Umar Bin Khattab (R.A):

Allah's Messenger (S.A.W) said, "The reward of deeds depends upon the intentions and every person will get the reward according to what he/she has intended. So whoever emigrates for Allah and His Messenger then his emigration will be for Allah and His Messenger. And whoever emigrates for worldly benefits or for a woman to marry her, his emigration will be for what he intended for."
[Bukhari]

Re: ~H.A.D.I.T.H~ of the Day

Narrated Abdullah bin Mas'ud (R.A):

The Prophet (S.A.W) said,** "Do not wish to be like anyone except in two cases. The first is a person, whom Allah has given wealth and he spends it righteously (according to what Allah has ordained in a just and right way); (the second is) the one whom Allah has given Al-Hikmah [wisdom i.e. the knowledge of the Quran and the Sunna (legal ways) of the Prophet (S.A.W)] and he acts according to it and teaches it to others"**
[Bukhari]

Re: ~H.A.D.I.T.H~ of the Day

Narrated Abu Sa'id:

I heard the Prophet (S.A.W) saying: "Our Lord (Allah) will lay bare His Shin and then all the believers, men and women, will prostate themselves before Him, but there will remain those who used to prostate in the world for showing off and for gaining good reputaion. Such one will try to prostate (on the Day of Judgement) but his back bones will will become a single vertebra bone (so he will not be able to prostate)."
[Bukhari]

Re: ~H.A.D.I.T.H~ of the Day

Narrated Abu Hurairah :razi:

Allah’s Messenger :saw2:: “All my followers will enter Paradise except those who refuse.” They said, “O Allah’s Messenger! Who will refuse?” He said, “Whoever obeys me will enter Paradise, and whoever disobeys me is the one who refuses (to enter it).”
[Bukhari]

Re: ~H.A.D.I.T.H~ of the Day

Narrated Abu Hurairah :razi:

A man came to the Prophet :saw: and asked, “O Allah’s Messenger which charity is the most superior in reward?”…He replied, “The charity which you practise while you are healthy, niggardly and afraid of poverty and wish to become wealthy. Do not delay it to the time of approaching death and then say, 'Give so much to such and such, and so much to such and such (his heirs).”
[Bukhari]

Re: ~H.A.D.I.T.H~ of the Day

Narrated Sahl bin Sa’d :razi:

I saw Allah’s Messenger :saw2: pointing with his index and middle fingers, saying: “The time of my Advent and the Hour are like these two fingers”
[Bukhari]

Re: ~H.A.D.I.T.H~ of the Day

*Narrated * Ibn 'Umar
The Prophet said, "Amongst the trees, there is a tree, the leaves of which do not fall and is like a Muslim. Tell me the name of that tree." Everybody started thinking about the trees of the desert areas. And I thought of the date-palm tree. The others then asked, "Please inform us what is that tree, O Allah's Apostle?" He replied, "It is the date-palm tree."

Re: ~H.A.D.I.T.H~ of the Day

JazakAllah

Re: ~H.A.D.I.T.H~ of the Day

Narrated By: An-Nu'man bin Bashir
I heard Allah's Apostle saying, 'Both legal and illegal things are evident but in between them there are doubtful (suspicious) things and most of the people have no knowledge about them. So whoever saves himself from these suspicious things saves his religion and his honor. And whoever indulges in these suspicious things is like a shepherd who grazes (his animals) near the Hima (private pasture) of someone else and at any moment he is liable to get in it. (O people!) Beware! Every king has a Hima and the Hima of Allah on the earth is His illegal (forbidden) things. Beware! There is a piece of flesh in the body if it becomes good (reformed) the whole body becomes good but if it gets spoilt the whole body gets spoilt and that is the heart.

Re: ~H.A.D.I.T.H~ of the Day

The Messenger of Allah, sal Allahu alayhi wa sallam, said,
"Allah has commanded that everything (one does) they should do
it with excellence (ihsan). When you sacrifice, sacrifice well.
Sharpen your knife and make it easy for the animal to be
slaughtered." - Muslim

[Lessons from this hadith] Don't just aim to be 'good', be
outstanding! This is what is required of a Muslim, in everything
they do!

Please excuse me if this is a repeat.

Re: ~H.A.D.I.T.H~ of the Day

"Every person will be resurrected in the manner that he died"

[Muslim, 2878]

Re: ~H.A.D.I.T.H~ of the Day

Allah's Messenger, sal Allahu alayhi wa sallam, said:
"If Allah loves someone He calls (angel) Jibreel and says: I
love so-and-so, so you love him. Jibreel loves him, and calls
the other angels in Heaven to love that person. They love him,
then his love will be made upon earth, and he becomes loved.

"And if Allah hates someone He calls Jibreel and says: I hate
so-and-so and you hate him. Jibreel hates him and calls the
angels in Heaven and says: Allah hates so-and-so, so you all
hate him. They all hate him, and his hatred is made upon earth
and he becomes hated." - Muslim

[Lessons from this hadith] People do things for the sake of
seeking out love from other humans. All the love you need is
found in obeying Allah. Do actions sincerely to win Allah's
love, and love will be yours!

Re: ~H.A.D.I.T.H~ of the Day

Narrated Abdullah bin Umar :razi:

Allah’s Messenger :saw2: said: “When anyone of you dies, he is shown his place both in the morning an din the afternoon. If he is one of the people of Paradise, he is shown his place in it; and if he is from the people of Hell-fire, he is shown his place in therein”. Then it is said to him “This is your place till Allah resurrect you on the Day of Resurrection”
[Bukhari]

Re: ~H.A.D.I.T.H~ of the Day

Abu Mas'ud 'Uqbah bin 'Amr al-Ansari al-Badri, radiyallahu 'anhu, reported that the Messenger of Allah, sallallahu 'alayhi wasallam, said:

"Among the things that people have found from the words of the previous prophets was: 'If you feel no shame, then do as you wish.'"

[Al-Bukhari]

Re: ~H.A.D.I.T.H~ of the Day

"Haya' (modesty) and Iman (faith) are two that go together. If one is lifted, the other is also lifted."

[Recorded by al-Hakim]

Re: ~H.A.D.I.T.H~ of the Day

"Al-Haya' is part of Iman." "Haya' does not produce but goodness."

[Recorded by al-Bukhari and Muslim]

Re: ~H.A.D.I.T.H~ of the Day

It was reported in a saheeh hadeeth from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:

“In my ummah there will be people who allow fornication/adultery (zina), silk, wine and musical instruments [ma’aazif]. Some people will stay at the side of a mountain, and they will have flocks of sheep. When a poor person comes in the evening to ask them for something he needs, they will say. ‘Come back to us tomorrow.’ Then during the night Allaah will destroy them by causing the mountain to fall upon them, while He changes others into apes and swine. They will remain in such a state until the Day of Resurrection.’”

(Reported by al-Bukhaari )
