Maham.... this tightness in the abs you are talking about...does it feel more like a muscle pull or soreness? it may just be from working out your abs. It's pretty normal for someone who is just starting to work out consistently. Also...do you drink a lot of water before/during/after working out? this may be why you are urinating so much more.

last night I went to my Zumba class :D 1 hr of straight latin dancing followed by some weight training. My gym added a new 1hr Bhangra class as well.....Im gonna give that a try today plus some resistance/weight training.

tightness in abs means they are sour which is actually good, it means soon ur gona have a 6 pack lol, kidding, it means u r replacing fats with muscles there now.

and yeah when u work out u are suppose to drink alot of water and urinating alot is very common specially in the begining.

oh ok, tx guys! yes i drink lots of water while excercising maybe thats y i have been urinating alot lol...

2day was a tough day at gym...i think thats cuz i didnt eat all of my breakfast and neither my lunch...plus didnt snack either lol...so after gyming i was feelin very weird like something is missing from my body...but than i ate my dinner n i feel better now...thats the thing if i have to eat diet food i end up not eating at all but than thats not good..i guess i shud ask the concerned diet person if there are any protien shakes or anything i shud be taking for more enegery.....

Nahiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii lol :D well its great that the replacement of fat has started.

i know...:( for me more than the weather (i guess its nt that cold yet) its the laziness that makes me want to miss the gym everytime but than i its better to get fit a soon as possible otherwise one wud keep adding to their weight n wudnt even realise....:(

I go around 6 pm....since i m working now cant go in morninng...wat abt u?

i hav the same job problem ... so nowadays i jst go for alittle jogging coz @ abt 8 u only hav a joggin options left behind :)

ok 2day at gym i saw something really funnie hehehe....waisey tu there r few very slim ladies who make one wonder wat they r there for but i guess its good cuz they r perhaps maintaining their weight...but 2day i saw this girl quite slim just had a little tiddi hehehe and she was bicycling in such a slow speed that it was so funnie...n she luked least bothered...n than in the end i saw her just sitting there.....

so how much time did u spend in gym n vich machine u lik alot ... i hav seen peep over cycling ... woo cyclin mai speed koo dekh dekh kar he khush hoo rahai hotai hai hain ...:) did u noticed ths thg ...???

hehehe lol nahi abhi tak i didnt notice any such thing. Waisey to be honest i dont really enjoy anythng at the gym at all lol and i refuse to believe i wl start enjoying it after some time cuz i have excerised before n that never happened :p....cycling is ok..treadmill is too boring i mean from start to end i m just thinknig when wl this end...its hard n the ecleptical n twister r very hard too :( so i find everything hard n than come the stretches where my hadis n everything give up lol........................so ya i m definately not a gym person by any means...once i loose the unwanted weight i wl maintain it with walking n a balanced diet :D

actually initially peep hav a stamina problem ..they dont hav enough stamina for exercising all thsss ... with the passage of time when u build som stamina ....after tht ..i gues mgt be after few months thn u will goona enjoy .. initally u really need to work hard alot ..otherwise u mgt run away with in few weeks ...:)

I did abs tonight. and as expected they are soar now.
and after abs did cardio for half an hour

did pectorals , triceps and deltoids.. hit all these 3 pretty hard tonight..

started supplementing myself with creatine from today.. will do it for another 4/5 days.
