Usually .. after work.. do an hour and a half ( mixture of cardio/running/light weights and aerobics).... was the case for the last 4 months.. now its virtually non existent!.. will be back to a "lighter" workout in the next week.......( and cows may fly)....;)

usually swim for 30-45 minutes. If I don't want to get in the water...
30 minute elliptical
30 minute stationary bike
20 minute strength training

Tuesday: Chest
Wednesday: Lats
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Triceps and Biceps
Saturday: Chest
Sunday: Cardio
30 minutes of cardio everyday.

i have no particular days for any particular muscle. However, i do try to do hit every single muscle atleast once a week, which includes chest,back,biceps,triceps,delts,traps, and lower body.. i need to start giving my abs a little time.

tue back & triceps asb
wed shoulder & traps abs
thu legs forearms some abs
fri play squash 90 mints with 4-5 breaks
sat play squash 90 mints with 4-5 breaks
Sunday off

45 mins cardio 5-6 times a week (elliptical or treadmill)
20-30 mins strength training 3-4 times a week
I just started jogging a few days back. 30 minutes every day.

so far:
Monday: Studio cycle (45mins)
Tuesday: Studio cycle (1 hour)
Wednesday: Studio cycle (45 mins)
Thursday: weights circuit and cardio ( 45 mins)
Friday: Latin dance (Zumba) 45 mins
Saturday: studio cycle (45 mins) then body balance (45 mins)
Sunday: eat aloo paratthay for breakfast and ruin all my hard work! but we end up going swimming or flying kites at the beach.. so kinda makes up for it

I go in...look at the weights...and go back home.
Just kidding.
I walk and do hand weights...higher reps and lower weights so I can tone rather than build.

Reha... i was speaking to a fitness instructor that i don't want to get bulky by doing heavy weights.. she assured me that the only way women get bulky is if they have the diet of a body builder and do excessive weights. that's according to her, but then again, no one knows your body better than you do, so it's good... keep it up

Nothing, fat majj at the mo!gonna start in 3 weeks, will do 25-30 mins of cardio and 15 mins light weights and crunches to start off with

btw... if men took out the garbage and did all the gardening around the house.. then they would be fit too... (talking from personal experience)
