Back in my teens I was obsessed with bodybuilding. I wanted to get big fast. Well I did get big and so did my tond. However the get big craze wore off fast because working out 6 days a week got too much. Nobody told me 3 days was just as good and cardio was important too. Or they did tell me, I just didn’t listen. Haven’t been to the gym ( properly ) in over 2 years now, however I do workout at home (when I’m not feeling lazy). Pullups are my staple and I’ve been trying to do a handstand (without a wall) forever. I plan on running and hitting the monkey bars at the park once I move. Why am I not running already? Stray dogs in my current neighborhood, but I’m moving in a week or two.
I think we need more bars outside so that people can start doing calisthenics in fresh air. Not enough pullup bars at gyms in Karachi, I remember having to wait forever to get on one.
And these guys are my inspiration these days.
It’s gonna take a lot of work to get anywhere near what these guys are doing.
