Those people who think that what the guy has to do with the girl's job then for them i would like to say that maybe in other countries the environment is different but in pakistan when the "rishta" comes for a girl they take the complete bio data of her that what and why does she do the job and how does she manage it and blah blah blah...this thing is considered very bad in pakistan that a girl is doing a job as if she is committing a sin. Guys as well as their familes ususally dont like working women...

Nowadays although many girls are going out but when there comes a marriage thingy 10% to 15% girls are allowed to go for a job! so i dont think this questionnaire is wrong or invalid if we talk about pakistani women.

See Mindless, the thing is that this board is on an international level. In Pakistan families are verrrrrry involved in the decision making about marriages, working girls are looked down upon etc etc. Even guys there are a little insecure when a girl works. In the US economics sometimes make it necessary for the girl to work also. It makes for a more lucrative relationship. The guy doesn't have to come home from a long day and take her out for entertainment (she has her social life as well) and it leads to a more equivalent environment.

what makes men think they can decide on that?

Do you mean that men should have no preference at all as to whether their wives should work or not?
