You can try Quorn mince - you can find it at Sainsbury's and most other big supermarkets. It's basically a fungus that is grown and chemically treated to have the same texture and taste as meat.
Or if you're in Essex, you can always raid Ilford for supplies.....
Boil the macaroni, then heat some sauce -- add the sauce to the macaroni, mix in a pinch of garlic powder, oregano, and parsely to the macaroni - mix it into the macaroni -- then add some parmesan cheese on top -- voila! You have lunch and dinner.

hey man how did u know i was in essex university. wowwwwwwwwwwww u got some mind there. Thanks for ur reply. sainsbury, tesco, and all these stores dont do mulsim foods, although seeing that there is quite a large muslim population here in UK.
1 pita
some ragu/prego sauce
toppings (your choice)
shreaded cheese
take a pita bread. slap some ragu sauce over it. add toppings (onions, green peppers, whatever you like). top it all off with cheese. if you dont have shreaded cheese, take sliced cheese, make bits and pieces with your hand and sprinkle them all over the pizza. bake in the oven for 10 minutes ntil cheese melts. EAT!
