i actually used to weight close to 17st when i was at high school, as soon as i left i joined a gym and was down to 11st just over a year later. MIGHT post pics up on GS of before and after one day :D. anyways i am up at 12st right now but this is due to university stress!
I lost my weight by cutting out junk foods whilst making sure i ate well during meals and excercising 3-4 times a week for at least 30-45 mins on cardio. try not to snack inbetween meals on junkfood if u get hungry pick up flavoured rice cakes or low fat baked crisps eat. eat fruit whenever u get hungry inbetween meals. Try to cut out junky foods such as takeaways, crisps and cocolates if u can't then let urself have 1 day in a week where u can 'let urselfself lose' a bit. For dinnertime i find that the best food is good old home made food!
