Re: Gupshup Weight Watcher's Club
but i am doing fat free diet not sugar free and I tried ATKINS too i didn't like it .
Re: Gupshup Weight Watcher’s Club
Okay like good luck with your weight losses cause you sure as hell will need all the good luck you can get after reading what you are eating and drinking ![]()
Most people forget that yoyo dieting might help right now but when you hit 50 and your body becomes that of 80 you are sure as hell gonna curse drinking shakes and eating weight watchers.
Re: Gupshup Weight Watcher's Club
I dont believe in dieting/starving yourself. Just cut out the obvious fatty foods, eat good portions of healthy food and exercise.
A lot of people diet but dont exercise and hence lose muscle mass and therefore reduce their metabolism and guess what happens when you reduce your metabolism??????????The minute you start eating properly again you will put on more fat then before.....
So i think just cut out OBVIOUS fatty foods and start exercising
Re: Gupshup Weight Watcher's Club
LB protien supplements etc are used by athaletes to help them get the boost to build muscle mass.
its not just what somethig is but how you use it.
Re: Gupshup Weight Watcher's Club
Fraudz im sure you've seen what these people go through when they give up taking such supplements.
Their bodies just become so Blah!!
WHy supplement.
Why not take care of your body the natural way.
Re: Gupshup Weight Watcher's Club
LB, why dont u tell us which natural way.
I am so sick of it, I hate my wieght scale .. my husband can't believe that I eat so less but still dont lose 1 gram.
Re: Gupshup Weight Watcher's Club
i'm 5'9/5'10 and weight pattern is: 160 pounds 2 months ago, 165 a month ago, and currently 167 pounds and counting
(averages taken over 2 days of random times)
my goal is 180 by my 26th birthday... and i dont follow a diet plan.. i have 10-11% body fat
i eat about 5 to 8 times during 24 hrs i eat pretty much anything and everything.. though i have banned myself from these:
i regularly drink sodas (cola) cuz for my body, i rely on sugar levels to generate high blood pressures, water for electrolytes, bananas, apples and potassium drinks
but i drink those when i'm not able to eat ..
** typical work day**
. waking at 6pm : rice/curry/daal/roti whatever + ginger tea
. i start work at 7pm, prior to work, i usually buy a tossed salad with italian dressing, a wrap, 1% milk, and juice
. between 730pm to 1030pm, i usually have finished 1 solid and 1 drink i bought
. 1120-30pm, i take a break from work, and eat my home-made lunch: steamed rice+veggies and baked/bbq chicken leg
. between midnite and 230am, i finish that 2nd solid and 2nd drink that i bought before shift
. work slows down after 3am, so i take my 2nd break near 330am, i eat 2nd round of stemed rice+veggies and baked/bbq chicken breast (i bring 1 breast and 1 leg from home)
. 6am regular day shift starts and my shift gets over at 7am, so in between i either drink tea or coffee, just to be fully awake while driving home
. 730-8am, i eat omelette, and then sleep around 930-10am
7 days of gym includes 4 ALTERNATE days of cardio and rest of the alternate NONCARDIO days atleast one muscle-set is burnt
slowly and gradually, i am losing the 'stubborn' fat, i dont take suppliments of proteins or fatburning, like elbee, i'm a natural-methodology freak..
after every month or so, i treat myself by having popeyes..
Re: Gupshup Weight Watcher’s Club
LB you are confusing protein supplements taken by atheletes etc with these junk protien meal replacement shakes and crap that ppl use to lose weight.
The protein supplements are taken by atheletes so their body gets more protein..above what avg ppl need, in old days ppl used to drink eggs and all to do that.
Talk to your personal trainer or someone they will tell you all about it.

Thanks for the first sane reply…these people don’t know what I am talking about ![]()
are you just doing the online stuff?
Re: Gupshup Weight Watcher's Club
Yeh I am doing just the online thing. I went to a couple of meetings but to me they didnt seem to help that much more - it was just even more annoyiing to have to find time to go to the meetings.
So when do you want to start?
Re: Gupshup Weight Watcher’s Club
When you eat less than what your body requires it turns around and starts doing the oppositte of what you are trying to acheive.
Our bodies are huge fat sponges.
They love absorbing any kind of Fat.
When you eat less, its absorbing and maintaining that fat for longer periods maybe thats why you are seeing no results.
What you need to do is make your body realize that you are eating enough.
For breakfast have fruit or Whole grain cereal with Milk.
For lunch i’d eat heavy cause its right in the middle of the day so no salads and that junk.
Eat a plate of daal chawal or roti salan.
Have dinner around 7 or atleast 2 hours before hitting the bed and keep it lite.
Just eating good isnt going to help you need to start exercising.
Walk for 30 minutes each day.
I used to walk around my dining table with music on with the girls watchin tv.
So you dont need to go out for a jog
just do it at home.
but make sure its a brisk proper walk where you use your arms and legs and not just walk for five minutes then sit down then walk again.
Re: Gupshup Weight Watcher’s Club
I have been on weight watchers (attending meetings) for about two and a half months. Seems to be working but I lost most the weight during Ramadaan and put some of it back on afterwards.
Recently, my sister joined as well. She doesn’t follow the plan strictly but is a good motivation for me.
I know there are more guppies on this program ![]()
Re: Gupshup Weight Watcher’s Club
You have to eat..the required calories your body needs per day. Your body is just storing whatever little you are giving it, thus you are not losing anything.
Get moving woman! ![]()
Re: Gupshup Weight Watcher’s Club

Re: Gupshup Weight Watcher’s Club

My weeks starts on Saturday…but sure we can exchange info anytime.
Re: Gupshup Weight Watcher's Club
Well this is what I am doing, yesterday I had corn flakes for breakfast, for lunch hmm well a bun with jam, for dinner I just had a salad, oh and about 50 g of chocolate. Today I had 2 toasts for breakfast, apple for snack and for lunch, roti with anda!
I need some tips ... this is not helping.
Focus on your breakfast and lunch but reduce your dinner but more important do some kind of physical activity....play squash, racquet ball, tennis, run, atleast do something.
