dinner----------------diet shake,any salad fruit or veggie
I just started today and my diet shake is slim fast :)
(don't forget to exercise)

mm bfast, chocolate milk and a king size snickers bar
brunch, fried eggs and aloo paratha
lunch keema paratha and fruit punch
after lunch/pre-dinner snack, 1/2 pkg of oreos
and dinner, salad and diet coke.. grlz gotta keep her figure ![]()
oh and lets not forget dessert! strawberry cheesecake with vanilla ice cream and hot chocolate syrup wiht a oreo milkshake

I am not dieting but this is just what I eat normally or what I am eating now a days...
Morning: Juice or Milk with complan
Lunch: Cheese curds or Fruit cup
Dinner: Rice or pasta or 1 whole wheat tortila with salan or vegis with some meat or soup.
Sometimes I do get this late night craving while studying but I try not to eat anything unhealthy or heavy. Just some thing light like a thin slice of pound cake
or blk bean salsa with yougurt or something similar, depends what we have in the fridge.

By suddenly and significantly changing eating habits, there are more chances of relapse.
Begin your journey to healthy weight and body by avoiding junk food (soft drinks, cookies, candies, coffee etc.) and walking for half an hour to one hour daily or atleast five times a week.

It doesn’t have to be slimfast, you can just make them at home, just don’t add any sugar to your regular shake.

I have tendency not to eat too much roti or rice and more of the veggies....My typical plate consists of 50 % more curry than roti or rice. I dont do that intentionally just my taste is such...and somehow i dont feel so bloated as when i have more rice or rotis.
Moderation is the key to slimming. Dont deny yourself anything. Psychologically when you deny yourself chocs...all you can suddenly think of are chocs!
Be moderate even in your diet! dont overdo it.

I want to lose some weight before my trip to Pakistan, want to look good for my inlaws! lol
Well this is what I am doing, yesterday I had corn flakes for breakfast, for lunch hmm well a bun with jam, for dinner I just had a salad, oh and about 50 g of chocolate.
Today I had 2 toasts for breakfast, apple for snack and for lunch, roti with anda!
I need some tips ... this is not helping.

You may be eating too little.........
I lost a lot of weight in my last year of UNI (4 Stone) Used to eat lots and lots but had lots of exercise.
Then after my health problems I put a lot back on............so I cut down my eating, and some days ate very little...didn't lose much weight..............
I recently joined Weight Watchers meetings and my eating patterns and weight loss were linked in that those weeks where I ate more, I lost more weight. You see your metabolism needs something to work off...if yu eat very little, your body starts to store fat......
Log onto the WeightWatchers.co.uk website - it'll help a lot.
Also, try cutting down on white bread - try wholegrain/wholemeal breads........

I was referring to the actual Weight Watchers...I guess just two people :p
I could never drink my meals...more power to you ume-zafeerah
