Folks,

GUPSHUP started its journey as pak.org back in 1995. By that account, we are around 22 years old. Per human calculations, its not that big of a deal but according to digital standards, we are almost 870 years old (+/- 200 years).

We have talked about change. We have introduced bits and pieces of change. All well and good. But it’s time for a major overhaul.

We have been working hard in the background. * B I G * changes are coming to GS on or BEFORE Sep 6th, 2016.

All i can tell you now is that GS will morph into a modern social platform. We are not here to compete with FB and the likes. GS has served a purpose to bring the community together. That principle will be carried along. But the framework and presentation layer will be changed forever.

What happens to the millions of threads? These will be preserved in some way, shape or form. We still get tons of read-only traffic.

So … stay tuned for the next chapter in GS history. GS is going to change BIGLY!
