The login credentials work but it requires a new login even if we go from GS to paklinks. Also, the blogs are not automatically migrated over. Is that on purpose?

hmm .. single sign on should work. doesn't matter if you login here or there both apps are authenticated. i will note this as an issue. lets see if others report it as well. i had to clear my cache and all paklinks passwords once to get it all going. CO .. please try that.
GS Blogs and other content shall remain separate. GS is not going anywhere, literally and metaphorically ;-)

I just tested it--When I login on Paklinks, I'm automatically logged into GS. However if I first login to GS, I need to login again when I go to Paklinks with the above link.

Yes, you have to save that login info just like initially you might have done for gupshup.

First impression: honestly speaking, I dunno about the giant leap thingy but looks more promising than that All Dost adventure. Could use some twaeking, otherwise its just going to be a popularity contest.
Oh and Neil Armstrong is disappointed.

^ come step in my shoes and you will feel the leap. try to change landing page of a 22 year old established site ;-) the leap wasn't in features. it was the departure of day to day affairs as we have known for ages. but thanks for the kind words. we will def. be grooming the site as we go along. how the old men say? Gupshup wasn't built in a day?
and Neil is so not disappointed. he called yesterday to congratulate us on our uuuuuge leap!

The tech Savvy folks ought to try it. Facebook is infinity. This is a community. With its own identity and footprint. The new leap seems to make it easy for people to interconnect and interact.
While FB and other sites have name recognition, they are so vast you get lost. This has a promise to take off.
Need more tech Savvy folks to take a peek. You may just not want to leave.

Good start, knowing Azkar I can only say one thing it will only get better with time, we as a community can only do one thing to make it even better, and that is by taking part / participating in discussions / interact with other friends.

On GS I don't see full site option. Also for each forum I see only abt 5 threads. Wish the GS portion was unchanged

When I click on What's new from the grid, I see only about 8 posts. In the past we could see several.

Forums in GS are being restructured. Quick link section on the right column is taken down for the same reason. Hang in there.
