From what I know its actually depends on the area. The areas of KP and FATA run with FM and AM both. Most of them time on the road to Malakand or to Buner I have had continous road channels playing music and news.

Honestly never driven through Balochistan or Interior sindh so don’t know. But I am assuming both have less coverage than KP, Punjab and Azad Kashmir since they have been neglected by the Pakistani government for so long.

There are FM Radio station in almost all the districts of Sindh besides Radio Pakistan Hyderabad & Khairpur which are broadcasting their transmissions since decades. As far as internet is concerned, I observed ppl using dial up networks (PTCL cards, etc) since 15-20 years and now in many areas cable internet, broadband PTCL are available. But internet is mostly used there for entertainment purposes. I’ve many friends from small towns of Sindh on my facebook account.
