So finally i had a chance to meet another guppy :~)
First of i want to clear something. She “thinks” she isn’t pretty but SubhanAllah she has this noor on her face :~) i dont see that often on people’s faces. She is mashallah stunning looking from outside and inside as well. I usually don’t say good things about girls that often :D. Her personality is full of life, energetic and mashallah Well Educated. She is someone who made me feel like as if i was meeting another sister.
It was just me and her… Today was our first meeting and mashallah it didnt seem for even a single second that we didnt know each other in real life. :~)
we have become really good friends over past 2 weeks ONLY and today we had a great time. Lets see first we had our lunch at ali baba and then we went on seeing Lake House. Then paying for the food was fun as well. Both of us were fighting over who will pay. The other guppan almost grabbed it from me but :d Nia Khan is too quick. We talked and i didnt feel for even a single second that she was a stranger few minutes ago.
Lake house was nice but weird. I was expecting a better story for some odd reason but it was nice. The cool thing was i do have a habbit of making comments every now and then while watching a movie and the other guppan was just like me as well. We had a good time we talked while watching the movie.
Then it was her birthday recently so we went to a bakery and had our little pastries. We chatted for a while. We can literally talk for hours without any interuption.
I think we spent good 6 hours together driving on streets of NYC. It was so nice. I surely made a friend who was admired by my family as well. Ami and abu loved her as well :~)
cool, i was thinking of driving down to NYC to buy Sara thai food in few weeks, may be you can join us. as long as you dont start laughing when you see my fatself.
^ shikki you fly for 4 hours i 'll drive 10 hours to meet you, lets organize a NYC guppy meet, people from Boston and MD can join in as well, and of course Toronto people who'll fit in my car,
I have made some really good friends (girls only) via online forums but never actually met any of them. We chat online and on the phone, trust eachother with personal details of our lives and exchange pictures but that's about it. I would meet them but they are not within close proximity. Maybe one day we will meet Inshallah.
OK NIA your and sara’s and shweets job is to organize a Guppy meet in August and not all girls i’ll grab few people from Toronto, Shikra will fly in from Norleans and we’ll have a day o fun. what you say. you up for it.
^ what if i m in houston for couple of days, and give you a week’s notice you wanna drive down, Lala brothers and you and I can have a guppy meet. who knows maybe we can get Azkar saheb or KK niazi to join in
