hello peeplan…
i shall be traveling with the above airline for the first time with a 3 yr old and a 10 month old.
how is the airline and just how huge is bahrain aiport? will i die walking or is it small and comfy?
and how are the ppl? idiots like their border friends the saudis or a tad bit better at being literate. ?
Gulf air sucks ... Sorry to break it to you my love. Their hostesses have an Attitude and I hate it. Food is decent, they might be nice since ur travelling with kids.
The airport is small manageable with a stroller and easy to walk if ur healthy.
If u have a foreign passport ur gold. The bahrainis are definitely much nicer and hospitable than their Saudi peers. And a tad bit smarter too :D
Smile, a little chit chat and ur in and out should be smooth.
How long u gonna be there for ? Are u getting out of the airport

thanks auto... sighz.. i was REALLY hoping the crew would be nice like the emirates... i hate biatchy khawateen.
my kids have foreign passports and i always put theirs on top of my own haryali.
its only a 2 hours stop over. probably spend that walkin from one terminal to another.. and secuirty check..
do they speak english?

I had a pretty decent experience with gulf, all the way up till Abu Dhabi. From there to Pak, I am not sure who was worst, passengers or the crew.

All usa to dubai bound flights are pretty good and flight crew behaves good, when we fly to Karachi bound flights, Allah meri toba, those air hostesses are high on crankiness. Unfortunately, it looks like I am in mini bus/ local bus of karachi.

haha u guys :D ,.... my husband just said the same thing... your flight from denmark to bahrain will be great.. all flights are... its from bahrain to arabia that you have to deal with.. thankfully thats only 2 hours long

and i flew with emriates from dk to dubai.. it was FANTASTIC… from dubai to karachi.. oh dear… they were good with me but man the passengers.. the same ones from dk had turned into a holes!!! 
crew werent all that better.. but i think they had some kinda rahem on me cuz of the kids

PIA’s air hostesses are khuli dhuli. one of the passenger was scolded very badly when flight landed to on one of the international airport of us(few years ago). she went all junglee. anyways, PIA stages in-flight entertainment in real-time.

i cant get a direct flight.. the only way would be if saudi arabian airlines flew from here, but they dont 
no matter how short, there is always a stop, since airlines always fly to their home base first.

Just make sure to read the screen for the flight information, they often change the gate number at last minute...

Don't know why, happened to me twice, i was at a transit flight and as per my habit, if i have a longer stay, i mark the gate number and then wander around at the facility, well i did the same here and when there was like 10/15 minutes left for boarding, i was at the gate stated at my boarding card and as per the flight screen, which i saw some 20 hours ago, i was sitting there and ask a fellow passenger about his destination ( which suppose to be same as mine) well he said some place in Mumbai...
apart from that, it is small cosy airport with lots of computer allowing you free surfing of internet if you can stand because no seats for internet users... toilets are stinky...
well the mosque is good, it is downstairs not too busy, just watch out for Pakistanies, who thinks mosque is a place to discuss politics and/or sleep only.....
Don't plan to buy anything from Duty free shop of Bahrain, it is expensive like anything, prices are triple if not double and quality of the goods are not something to be proud of..

Waise… Tbh…i woulda checked the gate number an hour before departure once again cuz cmon… 20 hours (that is SOME transit) is a long time…duniya badal jaathi hai…gate kia cheez hai
