I've ordered quite a few times to India and never had any issues personally...they always sent through DHL and gave me a tracking number.

I have been ordering from GA for last few years. I am sorry to say this year the service is a disaster...it seems they are catering their bulk customers only for online orders as my last 2 orders went unnoticed....I provided every thing required for the order and have not heard or received anything yet(from the cambric collection). My card was not charged either....(a good thing...)
I have the order numbers....kept reminding the mediamarketing peoples.....but in the end gave up on them.

I love GA clothes and quality and am a very satisfaied customer...this online service was so convenient for me.....and the customer service was so prompt and frirendly...but don't know what happened? so sad

^ give them this feedback online, i went online and complained about the service i recieved from thier Marketing Manager in UAE, and guess what the very next day he wrote a grovelling email to me :hehe:

What most online shoppers don't realize is that Gul Ahmed lauches their designs weekly, rather than all at once. You may place an online order, thinking an item is in stock and available to be shipped, only to still be waiting for your entire order weeks later, with little to no communication from Gul Ahmed.

i placed 2 orders , 1 order deliver to pk ,my mother received yesterday (whiten 4 days) ,but 2nd order i placed 14 days ago deliver to uk , no idea when they ship

same thing happen to my sister she order 6 suits 2 year a ago never received any thing , she did so many email and phone but the end she give up

I've been ordering from them for the past 2 years, both times my order arrived within 3-4 days without any issues. I had it delivered to a pk address.

Whoa! Gul Ahmed is in demand in India? That's quite amazing. It's usually the other way around, with Pakistani brands having very little international presence.

Yes :) I used to get Pakistani clothes from Dubai earlier on my work trips. I don't travel much now, and I am more than happy that quite a few brands have their presence here now. No exclusive stores yet, but they have tied up with some retailers to sell their stuff here. But, it works out cheaper to buy directly from Pak and also the choice is much more. And thanks to the HBDs, they ensure we get what we ask for. The only hitch is transferring money, and that too is solved with quite a few retailers accepting credit cards.

That's amazing to hear. What I am used to hearing is that Pakistani company wanted to sell their brand overseas, but the man in the middle runs away with the money, or number do maal gets delivered or so expensive that no one buys it (case of Pakistani mangoes in the US). Used to be very common. Things have changed.
