I just got my two orders in the mail yesterday via DHL - I havent seen the outfits yet as it was delivered to my mom's house address but Gul Ahmed provided the tracking numbers after 3-4 emails consistently asking them to give it to me but overall, the ordering process, shipment time was above average.

Now I just have to find someone to stitch my outfits lol. Anyone know a good darzi in Virginia?

I ordered from them 2 times within the last 5 months. With the first order they didn't send me any email regarding my order for about 2 weeks so I complained on their fb page. I received a very prompt reply and got my package within 4-5 days. Then I ordered from their winter collection and received the order the same week with no email or tracking number from them. Overall I was satisfied with my experience because at least they don't steal your money even if there is some lack of communication. Would definitely order from them again!

I got some winter suits from this. service was great. got e-mails at every stage and the tracking number as soon as the package was posted.
delivery was really quick. Always had good experience with them

I placed 2 orders...1st on 10th of November that I got on 3rd of December....2nd order was placed on November 20th and am still waiting for that one. I never had any problem with them before...this is the first time I experienced bad customer service and late shipments.

Their service is not reliable. I shopped on their website last month and still havent received my order.

I have been Gulahmed customer for almost 4 years....never had any problem but this year...poor customer service, poor communication, bad delivery service...it took them a month to deliver my order and then 2nd order was sent with different suite than what I order...now I am waiting for them to refund money....pure Pakistani style service this year...unreliable...hope they will improve

I placed an order on 21st March and its been over a month. I have heard nothing from him, tried emailing them a lot. What should I do? I am moving house in a week time... any advices?

I am still waiting for my refund....of one order never delivered......my order was placed and paid in November 2012...can't even claim from my credit card company anymore...I have asked them to send me suites if refunding money is so hard for them....and they agreed...but for 3 months I have been going back and forth with no result....I involved the director of marketing, customer service, media marketing exec. but to date...nothing received....
