I baked a sugarfree cake and made the glaze with honey instead of sugar and Nutella... Let's see how it turns out after cooling.

Yes I decided to have cereal+ oatmeal in lunch. Even though the oatmeal says its of brown sugar, i could feel it was soooo sweet. All my sugar-cut down the drain :bummer:

Also I think that when you take less sugar, ever more dose will feel more, not an excuse regardless

I’ve been trying to avoid sugar for almost a week and I’ve lost around 1kg.:hayaa:

Yeah, a few years ago, I’d left sugar and when I started eating it again, everything felt too sweet.

To me weekends are always crucifying for this. Like yesterday my cousin brought baklawa and now its sitting there with all the temptations inviting my sweet tooth all over. Now thats a tussle

You can have a bite or so once a week

What psycho can have just 1 piece of baklava, what kind of self-control is this? Even the non-turkish versions, which I find less tastier, are very difficult to resist.

I’m taking a week off cuz I have exams and chocolate is comfort food :blush:

It has 1.2 mg of sugar only. No preservatives and apparently cholesterol free(:hehe: ) sounds comparatively healthy.

On Portion Control since a month, but couldnt cut down completely on sugar, as i cannot give up on my chai and coffee (sometimes). Plus am a total chai lover.. dudh wali chai + chini. So i have cut down my sugar intake. I add just little for my tassalli.. ki haan the chai has some chini in it. Same with coffee. Rarely take mithai or chocolate, even if i take, its part of treat portion, so still in safe zone. Trying hard!!!!

Just checked my weight “after” dinner. Lost 4 more lbs baby :dhimpak:
