Dear guppies, guppans, dancers, movers, shakers and wobblers,
I’m facilitating ONE DANCE CLASS per week on this thread by posting my favourite videos of different dance based work outs from the internet. If you want to join in then please do.
The way this works is that we will follow one dance/exercise routine for a week and then we change to another, the one we change to will be selected by me and suggested by you so please send your suggestions by PM to me and we’ll have a 12 week plan with 12 different dance routines and LOADS OF FUN.
I have already selected the first dance video for this week.
And please do post your comments/tips and observation regarding any specific dance moves relevant to the week.
And do post your motivating comments as well to keep as all moving.
Hope you guys enjoyed the dance work out. I will post the new video workout tomorrow. Please do pm me the links if you find any good dance work out videos on youtube.

It’s been 2 weeks since i started Zumba exercise/dance. It is really helpful and you can find millions of useful videos on Youtube.
Once I start doing this, i dun feel like stopping may be due to the music they use in it. I am loving it and dun feel like giving it up ever
