Greatest Scholar Javed Ghamdi : Salute

Re: Greatest Scholar Javed Ghamdi : Salute

Oki this is so ridiculous, why some of us are so fast in labeling everyone we don't agree as non-muslims? This is called extreme.

Re: Greatest Scholar Javed Ghamdi : Salute

Sir can you further elaborate where i can find scholors except people like Dr. Israr Ahmed who openly preach about bloody revolutions in Pakistan.. or predicting Pakistan will be vanished..

The same apply for your following too, in the history of Islam no where in the world Shariaah got implemented forever,.. it was always brought down by the same people who implemented. Now care to tell me is that coincident?

Re: Greatest Scholar Javed Ghamdi : Salute

Wrong, that’s what he said:
The Islamic punishments of hudud (Islamic law) are maximum pronouncements that can be mitigated by a court of law on the basis of extenuating circumstances.
Source: The Penal Law of Islam

Any source??

What???

I agree with him on this, we can’t apply this in today world. This was for Prophet (PBUH) time, if today Christan’s or Hindu starting to implement this too, what will be your answer? So better not start what you can’t tolerate either.

Source?

Again source where he allows all kind of music & dancing

Manipulating the words???, his stand on Jihad is that “Jihad with the weapon can only be initiate by head of state”

I agree with him on this too. For further elaboration on his thoughts .. read this:
The Law of Evidence

His words "Head covering for women is a cherished part of Muslim social custom and tradition, but it is not a directive of the shariah (Divine law)"
I agree with him on this too.

Next time, don’t just copy/paste from here or forwarded email:

A lil-bit research from your precious time will also be helpful

.

Re: Greatest Scholar Javed Ghamdi : Salute

^^ As you present a Quran verse i can't argue any more, but i do have reservations over the meaning of word "Juyubihinna" :)

Re: Greatest Scholar Javed Ghamdi : Salute

your typical ranting and ignorance is beyond imagination. Discussing any issue with you is like beating your head against the wall because not only you don’t know ABC of Islam, you also don’t know ABC about different groups in Islam and the “coward” scholars you names.

Harun Yahya

1 - when did he become a scholar?
2 - he believes in wahdatul wajoud and scholars have issued fataws of kufr on such people

Shaykh Hamaza Yousuf

1 - He is a scholar and I don’t agree with his views, but certainly he has done lots of good for Islam in the west
2 - he is an ash’aree sufi and NOT a wahabi

Dr. Zakir Naik

1 - when did he become a scholar? He is a debater and specialist in comparative studies.
2 - He has spoken out against the propaganda of west many times and he has done lots of good for Islam, which the likes of ghamidi can’t do even in 10 lives.

Shaykh Bilal Philips

1 - he is a true salafi/wahabi scholar
2 - unlike ghamidi, he has done lots of good in the west; something ghamidi can’t even imagine

Next time before bashing scholars, learn something about them and try not to make a fool of yourself.

Tell me how ghamidi is speaking the truth when he distorts, and rejects the sharee’ah?

show us a proof pls? have you ever visited your local masajid? I don’t think so, because if you had you wouldn’t come up with such hollow conclusion based on nothing but hate.

do you know anything about wahabi/salafi beliefs? Because I don’t think so. Anyone rejecting the sharee’ah is questioning and rejecting what Allah Ta’ala has legislated for us. Which Islam taught you modernists to reject the ahkam of sharee’ah?

so what if he worked with Moulana Madoudi? how does it prove that he held onto same position?

Re: Greatest Scholar Javed Ghamdi : Salute

@firenze

all of the shafiq's post is found in ghamidi's books, mainly the Mizaan and Burhan. maybe someone who has the books can post up the exact references. ask desertbird, since ghamidi is a greatest scholar in his sight, i'm sure he would have his books.

look at your flawed reasoning for rejecting the hukm of sharee'ah. So what if other religions also start applying it? Did you forget it that Islam is for all time to come? So, did Allah Ta'ala legislate it so that we abandon it and only apply for certain period of time? What proof do you have that it was only for Prophet's (sal-allahu 'alayhi wa salam) time? How about other sharee' hadoud i.e., cutting the hands of a thief? Should we abandon that as well since it doesn't please the kufaar?

Re: Greatest Scholar Javed Ghamdi : Salute

Islam is for all times, but certainly in every time Islamic laws has to be interpreted according to time & situation. ...and yes cutting hands, chopping off the head, stoned to death should also be abandoned.

Having said that, first show me any example from the Islamic history except Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) & four caliphate times, where we have implemented Sharriaah laws and the outcome was the best society in the world, you don't have any. Instead of creating illusions of this n that, its better if you start living in the current world. Civilizations come and gone, religions come and gone. God is still their and he certainly will. Do you think he care about our namaz, roza, zakaat or else? nope he don't, i always thought he should be laughing at us, .the humans or the despicable creatures... stop killing people on the name of religion.

As far as implementation of Shariaah concerned, one school of thought got it implemented in Sawat, lets give them a month or so and we will see the outcome of Shariaah :)

As for us our days are like grass, we flower like a flower in the field.
The wind blows and we are gone, and our place never sees us again

Re: Greatest Scholar Javed Ghamdi : Salute

...and what is your definition of Juyubihinna?

Care to enlighten us....? :)

Re: Greatest Scholar Javed Ghamdi : Salute

I said it before, as the poster presented a Quran Verse i don’t wanted to argue, but FYI & others:

What is Juyubihinna?
To know the meaning of “Juyubihinna” one can read the 17 interpretations of the Qur’an at www.Islamawakened.com/Quran

The literal meaning is “collar opening in clothes/chests”

Yusuf Ali: ‘bosoms’
Pickthall ‘bosoms’
**Arberry: **‘bosoms’
Shakir: ‘bosoms’
**Sarwar: **‘breasts’
Khalifa: ‘chest’
**Hilali/Khan: **(i.e. their bodies, faces, necks and bosoms, etc.)
**H/K/ Saheeh: **‘chest’
Malik: ‘bosoms’
QXP (Qur’an as it explains itself of Dr. Shabbir Khan): ‘bosoms’
Maulana Ali: 'bosoms
Free Minds: ‘cleavage’
**Qaribullah: **‘neck’
George Sale: ‘bosoms’
**JM Rodwell: **‘bosoms’
**Muhammad Asad: **‘bosoms’

In the above interpretations, Hilali and Khan stand out for interpreting ‘Juyubihinna’ as "their bodies, faces, necks and bosoms, etc."Obviously they got this interpretation from Ibn Kathir, Qurtubi and Al-Tabari’s Exegesis as cited above.

Anything else?

Re: Greatest Scholar Javed Ghamdi : Salute

Following are the hadiths regarding this matter:

Also All four Sunni schools of thought (Hanafi, Shafi’i, Maliki and Hanbali) hold that entire body of the woman, except her face and hands, is part of her awrah, that is the parts of her body that must be covered during prayer and in public settings.

Source: wikipedia
**
Anyone who doesn’t agree to this must please NOT relate himself/herself to any of the four school of thoughts and make another school of thought (e.g. Ghamdiyat) for himself.**

Re: Greatest Scholar Javed Ghamdi : Salute

i did not say he is not muslim...i said his views are close to ahmadi gp. i actually thought him to be a scholar who is very """gentle"""". i liked to watch and listen to his views until i realised his views abt hazrat Essa's coming to kill dajjal. then my doubts started. .....but i never said he is not muslim...i do not know him enough to say that.

if islam is for all humanity to come...then its laws too are for all humanity to come. i pray the shareea in swat is according to quran and Sunnah and not pakhtoon culture or afghan culture. may be then Pakistan can become what it was meant to be.

Re: Greatest Scholar Javed Ghamdi : Salute

A Quranic Verse was presented by a guppy, and i gave my answer on it and prove it the word “Juyubihinna” has 17 different interpretations by renowned scholars of all times. This chapter is close now, because you didn’t reply back.

Now you present Haadith, because you can’t prove your stand by Quran. It’s fine, but i have firm belief the first source of information is Quran not Haadith, if you can’t find something in Quran then sure you can consult Haadith. But when a verdict is already in Quran, then brining haadith will not change it, you like it or not. The End

Re: Greatest Scholar Javed Ghamdi : Salute

Modernists are so far from the light of the Prophet pbuh, but assume themselves to be the closest. Good luck.

Re: Greatest Scholar Javed Ghamdi : Salute

See you are judging right now, anyway.. i have same thought about other side too, Good Luck !

Re: Greatest Scholar Javed Ghamdi : Salute

Desertbirdie
I disagree with everything you said in this thread.....as usual. :)

Re: Greatest Scholar Javed Ghamdi : Salute

Already know :D

Re: Greatest Scholar Javed Ghamdi : Salute

For all who had their respective doubts about certain personalities i can assure u folks that following PPL are Qadiyani's or atleast Qadiyani Agents/Supported:

Javed Ahmad Ghamdi
Nazir Naji
Hassan Nisar
Mubashar Lucman

...... list to be continued ......

True Muslims should take actions to prevent such PPL from coming into mass media and misguiding the PPL of Islamic Republic of Pakistan

Re: Greatest Scholar Javed Ghamdi : Salute

^Simple solution is to switch off the TV, stopped reading the newspapers and start reading some quality literature.
