And those two games come on one CD along with video commercials from other games, it more like the demo xBox disc they have in stores... and I bet it's costing MS less than a buck to mass produce...!!!

in canada we get Sega GT 2002 and Jet Set Radio Future...they are full version. for 299..or 199 for u american guppies...and they are sega games, so its definately more than 20bucks for em to mass produce each game.
well u are right that its good for the consumer..but it just shows how poorly x-box is doing. they gotta give 2 games away for people to buy their system!

If Xbox was poorly selling why would the price of an Xbox and a PS2 is still 199 and gamecube has gone down to 149? If you have studied a little economics? the price would go down when there isnt demand of an item. And when is there no demand? When the item is not SELLING!!!

And yes if you have studies economics you should know that the manuf. costs do need to be low enough and the item must be in big loss before the company can lower the price even more.
NINTENDO consists of cheap components and XBOX has to satisfy nVidia as well. Kapish?!

its not more about not selling well, but its also competition...
well im also amazed sega vanished. they were a good brand..until some fool came up with the genesis cd..it was a good idea but it cost sega too much...and since then sega went downstream.
now sega is focusing on games.
