anyone else read it? it is really funny in ways, its not meant to be, but seeing things from an outsiders eyes is amusing at times.
if u have notr read it, make sure you do, if u have read it, lets tak about it.
my fav pat was when he talks about the strange alliances and degrees of seperation, and then how ppl never go away but make second apperances. I was laughing so hard I spilled my lemonade.

I feel my nuts shrivel a little. The seat-belt notice chimes. A Pakistani guy near the galley in weird pajamas and an airline blanket wrapped around his neck like a giant ascot brushes his teeth with a little twig.

On teh contrary I think he knows what he is talking about but is presentign it in a humurous manner to american readers who may not know much.
his points about no one disappears from pak politics was amusing, noting teh second appearances.
No one in Pakistan ever really disappears. They’re just backstage, catching their breath, doing a costume change, waiting for the next absurd scene
and the more interesting piece was his mention of the parties, as well as diff leaders and the drinking. dunno if they wanted it to be known so openly:D
