Imagine, having 15 Chief Ministers and provincial cabinets looting the public with both hands (and feet). Oh my! the vision is just too disturbing. 15 provincial assemblies, 15 secretariats, 15 high courts.... Ouch ouch ouch!!!
Na bhai.. don't call them provinces. Call them any thing else, and I am all for it - i.e getting rid of this rampant provincialism ("Sindh ki beti Punjab mein maari gayee" - as if she is killed by Punjabi nationalists), and B-PAP (Blame Punjab for All Problems) syndrome.
