the samsung OMNIA is really unstable actually. There alot of people who are complaining about it. The New touchscreen Nokia s should be good I bellieve. Mainly because of the Symbian OS which is really stable

What is the size (dimensions) of G1? Anyone? If it has sliding QWERTY underneath I think it will be around double in thickness of iPhone.

I've seen and played with G1 as some of my friends work for development and testing in Tmobile and they are using it. its just a tad bit thicker than Iphone ..

but I want to be plain honest here, its no Iphone, the touch screen might be sensitive but it does not have the same control as Iphone has ..

plus the front is not all screen like Iphone .. if anyone has seen Tmobile's Shadow, its more like that phone

Has anyone seen/read about Nokia’s 5800. It supposedly comes with 2 years of free music downloads…Apple beat that:D..That and the thing is Nokia plans to talke over the world with this product:cb:

would that be subscribed music like Raphsody and Napster so when your contract is over, your music library is gone or would you be able to transfer your music from the phone to any MP3 player?

I dontsss know about that.find it out ourself.I think they have released it today, if I recall it correctly , the 13th October or sometime this month. Their main thing is that they want to have the desktop computer features. Since their brand is internationally used by people who havent even heard abt Apple, thats their main market.Its supposed to be 1/3 less in cost too then Iphone.
Also have you seen the microsoft's phone which works seamlessly with windows operating system. I havent read through the posts,but what major feature are you looking for.

I just like a cool, good looking phone but I want it to work like a phone first (good voice, loud speaker phone, good reception and silent/vibrate feature)

then I want it to have good calendar/appointment feature that can be synced with outlook

then I like one with full keyboard ..

I am not a music listener but I want to record and listen to lectures and talks so need one with decent microphone and good memory

and then maybe a decent camera

Ask niksik and she will tell you that I am the biggest promoter of paper plates and cups. WHenever she sends me for shopping, I add Chinet brand plates to that and buy the biggest pack :D
