What would you call the hundreds of things that are not in Quran (words of God) but are part of the practice of Islam? Putting hadith, sunnah, history, culture or prophet over God?

No! Obviously not Muslim. Anything that contradicts the Qur'an without a clear context that can be backed up with evidence then we throw it and take what the Qur'an says.
