But He is also Aalim-ul-Ghaib. Everything hasn't been revealed to the human race. There is an infinite mass of knowledge that is considered ghaib.
However, as far as the rules governing our lives, they are quite clear. Does the interpretation of what a 'hoor' is affect a human life in anyway?
IMO, I think God has a set of laws and those do not change... He is the "Doer of what He HAS Willed" (fa'aal ul-lima yureed). His laws are not like mythological random thunderbolts as we are lead to believe IMO.
