nope, it does! there is a dome-like tawaa [used in road-side dhaabaas] to make bigger and thinner chapaatis…the dough is very elastic…the flattened [with a thin centre and thicker edges] dough is thrown on top of the hot hot tawaa…the round shape takes place quickly due to gravity…gravity pulls it from all sides equally and as a result a perfectly round and thin chapaati is made.
