I expect my husband to stand up for me when someone speaks to me in an insulting manner. And you know what, it's flattering when he does it and I am infinitely glad that I have one who cares about me enough that he gets angry if someone speaks to me rudely. But not all wives are that lucky no? And it's SUCH an un-Pakistani guy trait to stand up for your wife. which is kinda sad don't you think?

I didnt wanted to say anything when Maniac replied but as ur judging too much I have to say that ur nor correct in saying that pakistani guys dont stand up for their wives... its other way around.. i never said anything about not standing up for wives but about the way and situation.. problem to me ishow can we reply in ur posts since we know ur husband goon a judge us and gets infuriated at small things all the time.. some husbands create too much fuss about small things and are ready to kick anybody who looks towards their wives.. some time in err.. overprotectness also causes trouble.. u have used term un-Pakistani incorrcetly here.. though we shouldbe proud of being Pakistani.. and un-Pakistani should be a shameless attitude!

Another point I wanted to make about a previous post where u both took a simple joke very seriously.. I know in west people takeliteral meanings of words and dont try to figure out motive behind anything.. its hard to figure what compliments mean.. most of guppies who have lived in Pakistan were able to know what I was saying.. I was only joking with Maniac as I know him for years..
