Health and Safety Policy at work someone is informed about the hazards of crossing the road when the red man signal is on and how he should walk in the stairwell holding the handrails … and then he gets shown that people get into accidents if they don’t follow the road rules and people get in to trips and falls on stairwells if they act unsafely … in response he says:
“I’m not going to follow your rules, I’m gonna walk on the stairs free handed and walk across the road without using the lights … all you give me are threats if I don’t follow your rules”
I pity a person who views a warning as though it is a threat …
