Once you do the peel, leave the skin alone for a few days (at least!). Just apply sunscreen and moisturizer (and light make up if you need to).
As for before…once you do laser hair removal…wait at least 1 week to do the peel (or more if you have sensitive skin).
You need to understand the the “peel” is you applying ACID on your skin. The acid itself will make you skin sensitive. You don’t want to do anything before or after the peel that will make you skin extra sensitive. Specially if its your 1st time doing a peel. You have no idea how YOUR skin will react. So before your very 1st peel…for 1 week…don’t do anything harsh to your skin. Plan on leaving it alone for 1 week after (if you recover faster…that’s great).
