Is there a substitute which can be used for henna leaves (for the healthy hair remedy)? I live in Australia and I am quite sure it would be impossible to find henna leaves...
Also, my mother has a few patchy pigmentation spots on her cheeks (as a result of sun exposure) and I was wandering if there are any natural remedies for this? While she regularly applies sunscreen now I was wandering whether there was anything to help the damage which has already been done.
