The people who think global warming is a hoax believe that the scientific evidence on global warming is wrong, and that it is perpetuated for financial reasons.
Personally… i think there is some truth in it… you only have to look out of the window to see the drastic changes in climate.

^Yes, the earth warming up IS indeed a part of its natural cycle, however, we are making it a lot worse by releasing immense amounts of greenhouse gases into the environment. What's happening to the earth right now is unexplainable by any climate model, thus it makes you want to think that it's possible that we triggered this change in the climate this time.

**@Marous - **We can certainly do a lot to help but this will need to be a collective effort. We need to protest against combustion of fossil fuels, and gear all factories, industries towards using clean and renewable energy sources like wind, solar, water, natural geysers, etc.

It is definitely not a hoax!..we have seen the effects of dramatic weather changes on life many many times in the past.
I also think that it is understated. The 'hype' is just an excuse for us to be lazy and not do anything about it.

There are changes in weather patterns but we dont know for sure if they are permanent.
I dont know how much I believe in global; warming but I do capitalist and materialistic tendencies wot have any positive affect. We waste water, energy, we pump too many chemicals in the atmosphere, we waste food, we cut trees, we play with and try alter the natural environment, we waste clothing.....
This will only have negative affects.

yes, earth is warming up and so are the nine other planets. trust me humans dont live on those nine planets.....few centuries back there was a major drop in Global temperature, it was caused by Sun, and so is Global warming...It not man made.

Man Kind could not even come close to what one Volcano can and will do to warm up this Cool Marble!
The surface of this Cool Marble has a so called Tectonic Plates stuck together forming the Crust that is maybe few hundred miles thick;
but what do we have under them Plates…Red Hot Molten Lava all the way to the center.
Millions of years have gone by and the center core has remained Red Hot and Molten.
My point is the extreme heat source inside the Earth is a far greater than any fires that Man kind can generate.
This kettle is already hot on the inside…
fires on its surface can not contribute that much!
Well ,all of you who are interested in global warming and whether its hoax or not ,read Michael Crichton's (Great Science Fiction Author) Novel " State Of Fear " ..released in 2004.He tried to expose the conspiracy of the big wigs who are running this show and making us believe that Global warming is indeed happening...A very controversial Novel.
