maybe you can answer my question - so if both the wife and husband are career oriented - one gets a golden opportunity of a lifetime but its in the other city say or country? what do the couple do?
NO for me personally. I put too much time/money/ sacrifices into my education/ future career for me to give it all up and sit at home…and go to painting classes to pass the time. Hellz, even sometimes when i’m all blue, I wish I could just stop now, and relax at home doing nothing, but that is not my cup of tea. Those things sound good for a while, but then I need to be back in my competitive world, getting my goals accomplished in order for me to feel like I have some purpose.
these things need to be discussed before. After marriage, situations can change and THEN you can decide based on those circumstances…but if someone TELLS you before the actual marriage that you can’t then it is a deal breaker since the values don’t match. Like someone else said…you’ll jut resent them & will be bitter after some time.
