I'd still marry him but if it was really really really bad in that it was scaring me and affecting our 'intimate' life I'd ask him to get it fixed cosmetically. If it was me that had the problem and a 'private' part of my body was really turning him off or freaking him out I wouldn't mind if he asked me to fix it either. Not if the surgery was super painful or life threatening tho...
