Why don't the "male" go to a doctor and find out if everything is okay in the first place? If everything is okay, then don't worry.

About the question of "will you still marry him???" - that can happen ONLY if the girl had some experience with the "male". Just be confident, and let the other good deeds shine!

Most people are insecure about one thing about themselves. Who knows the girl might have her own insecurity and don't judge the "male" harshly.
