I doubt that a guy with the world’s most perfect penis will have a healthy sex life, he would definitely be making money off of it. Having said that, yeah there shouldn’t be a problem with expecting a normal sex life with a slight twister.
Yeah appearance seems to be the only problem, and a very disturbing one. I’m talking the-odd-one-out here. But as you say, women are more accomodating, lets just hope for the best.

Different shapes and sizes part is correct. But one could have the fear of getting “oh my God get that thing out of my face”, if you know what I mean. How shattered will a man be?
