On the base of given scenario, the most of the responses are pretty much right, but what if the scenario is itself twisted or wrong.

Who knows if that guy really wants to leave his wife or is it the other way around.. tell me honestly if some woman doesnt want to live with her husband due to ANY reason, and by any I really mean it can be any reason, then should that guy still stick to the same lady which can be a great unjustice with his life as well as the other woman. Why not let her live her life the way she wants..

And yes talking about the children, no guy would want to give up his children, its just not possible!!

A day before I was watching Dr. Amir Liauqat's show on ARY when some lady called and said that her husband is not coming back to her for last three years so is their nikah valid or no?! In reply , first Dr. Amir asked her that if today your husband comes back to you and want to live with you or take you, will you go with him? Guess what, the lady replied No, I dont wanna live with him at all at any cost, I dont want him to come back to me. And the host was like , O so actually its you who doesnt want to get this working. Then molana hazrat suggested that she should take a khula (rightly so, in my opinion)

Hope all the feminists hv got my point!!

Ya I saw that tooo. A funny one! Thats so true, women-told stories are often twisted trying to prove themselves the victims while its actually the guyz paying out the price!! This will go on forever..

No actually you missed the point here. The guy didnt come back for three years cuz the woman never wanted him to be back. I think she was waiting for a suitable separation time assuming that the nikah will not be valid by then.

Is ka yeh matlab hai kai jab mard apni biwi ko talaq daykay apni mistress sai shaadi karta hai, to jo role mistress aa’da kar rahi thi ab ko’ee nahiN us job ki ada’igi kai liyay. To mard kisi aur ko dhoond kai us mistress ki position ko staff karta hai…

But why its always a man's fault . May be he is no more in love with this woman or may be he started loving someone else more or may be he is not getting enough lovin' at home . Should he still force himself to spend his life with her ? Being a good parent and good spouse are two different things . Isn't it ?

^ If he has such problems then get separated first or convince his wife first for second marriage and then go play in the field. My question was related to the guys who have wife and kids and who still munch around. If he's so miserable then why don't he get out of it first. A man should be man enough to know what/who he wants and make it happen not a lousy coward who has a list of excuses and justifications

If he left his wife to be with me, how do i know that he won't do the same to me further down the line? Sounds like trouble, so i'd stay well away.

EDIT: Oh, i didn't know the OP mentioned wife AND KIDS. In that case, i'd smack him upside his head. Really hard.
