For example, he quickly shuts off the computer every time you come upstairs and he uses the home computer which is not near you when his laptop is sitting right next to you. You don’t have any concrete evidence but he acts really odd when he’s on the computer. What would you do? Hmmmm?
Also you can’t go searching for the history b/c he’ll delete it

Its only because he is working for FBI and this is top secret information . He can let you see it but then has to kill you . So in the end he is doing it for your own good , only because he loves you too much .
Next time you see him doing it , just ask :)

Maybe he’s looking for a surprise gift and when he’s about to place the order, the wife shows up and he has to shut down.
Orrr, he could be chatting with, reading emails of, or communicating with someone he doesn’t want you to know about.

well , I have always had & still holds the views that we all are answerable to our own deeds. If someone has bad intentions in his heart you can not change that , the person himself/her self should be willing to change, what's the use of making someone do the right thing by threat or by using other means. We are not dealing with a 5 year old kid over here ! Just leave the issue on Allah.
however , I do agree with the ladies above may be he's trying to give a surprise :)

Hire a private detective who is an expert in computer forensics too. Or you can hire a computer hacker from China that will be cheaper alternative though. They can help you crack the password and can give byte by byte report of his activities. 
If you do not like my answer then do nothing. If he needed to share what he is doing he would not hesitate to do so. He is sharing his life with you ain’t he ?
Let it go and enjoy the married life. Life is too short to fret over little things like this.

Switch off the electricity everytime he uses the computer and pretend to have nothing to do with it.
Break something on the opposite end of the room (glass maybe?) and scream really badly (make sure you don't get hurt though.. duh).. when he comes over, POUNCE on the computer screen. Check, if it is what you think it is, then scream harder.. deafen him. If not, run back to whatever you broke, pick it up and clean up the mess.. (serves you right for being paranoid).

with girls as “hawkish” as i see around here on GS about the “susralies”, poor guy might just be chatting or writing mail to his mom
