I know that he is def not getting me a gift, it happend once a couple of days ago and one time before this like a month ago. And trust me I KNOW that something is up, I won't get into the details, but I know that it's something.
And yes I have tried asking him and as usual his answer is "nothing."
I just don't like the fact that he has to resort to that, I think it's disgusting and hurtful. I wish there was a way I could catch him!lol

It is best just to ask him outright and say you won't take 'nothing' as an answer to his behaviour. I can imagine it's causing you some frustration if he is being secretive and he won't explain what it is he's doing.
If you can't get peace of mind from what he tells you he is doing, it may be a final resort to go with the option Kaun suggested, but only as a last resort. Speak to him first.

You dont have concrete evidence that he is checking out porn.
