I do not know whether you have seen my last post to you, maybe you are not getting much time to review the reactions after the volleys of field artillary being bombarded at you in random ever since you sent in this controversial thread.
To be very frank, I for one, did not find* your own English being commentable as good! Y*ou do not write even passably good English as far as grammar and syntax go! And your diction is strewn with colloqual content as 'mom' and 'dad'. Let me quote you here:-
"I'm only being honest about the whole. **Thing* as sometimes I get scared myself thinking is this for real or is she after me for ulterior motives. *
I am an enlightened English man who eats fish and chips and some vodka on a Friday night. Not a Fob or a pindoo what ever that is."
What exactly did you mean by *"Thing as sometimes"** as you wrote that "enlightened" Englishman's sentence?And worse you write " I get scared.............thinking is this for real or is she after me.......... Not if this for real or she is.......but write the entire parenthesis in present tense without using inverted commas, in a sentence that starts in present continuous! *
A very "enlighted" Englishman indeed! With that English you stand a good chance of being kicked on your rumps by actual Englishmen when they hear you speaking or even worse just simply snubbed into ignominy!
Learn proper English with integrity and toil Mr.Stomp, before posting criticism that hurts and before actually mastering the language! Remember Aesop's Fable on the crow that had ambitions of becoming a peacock and that ended up being discarded by the crows?
