I don’t know if it is OK…but this is something I have noticed in the UAE…OMG 
the stuff they wear is soooooooooooo beyond my imagination…its crazy…its so shocking sometimes.
The same goes for what they wear under the Abaya…its so strange for me…

^You'll see some girls who dress more revealing (maybe they typically don't do sleeveless but they wear it for the party....or they usually don't reveal their legs but they'll do it for the party).....just for the fun or humor of it even. If there are no men there.....then it shouldn't be a big deal. Unless you factor in them leaving the house...getting back in the car...maybe stopping at the gas station or grocery store in such clothes. If they come and go wearing an abaaya/burqa......the obviously they don't have the intention of parading themselves around in such clothes before men.
Depends upon personality too. If you're having such a party....and clothing will be an issue for you.....then you should already have an idea of who to invite. Invite people you're compatible with. Or set a dress code then.

Speaking religiously, islam prohibits mingling of ladies with be-sharam ladies, even in ladies only setup.

Hmmmm....well I have seen how they dress first hand for their parties..LADIES ONLY ones...and trust me the clothes they wear are soooo revealing...sometimes the cuts from the top reach their navel, and they wear see through material...splits from the sides...
It feels like a double standard to me...for me you either dress like that or you don't dress like that.

In college, I went to several parties hosted by the MSA that were for girls only. Many girls dressed in what could be considered "normal" clothes because on a day to day basis, they wore hijab/abaya/loose clothes/long shirts etc. I would say not a single one was dressed "sluttish" or "provocative"
Many aunties will take off the duputta from their heads in women-only gatherings.....to some thats besharam.

yea..they can do watever they want...but then one should not preach about dressing modestly..its the preaching part that annoys me...coz they can dress like that when they are at home...but when their abayas are not properly closed..and then ppl can see what is going on under the abaya...that is not very modest is it?

Well theyre dressing modestly on the outside and as long as no one else can see it, then noone has a right to criticize their level of modesty.

Besharam is not just the way they dress but over all attitude, I am just stating what I know religiously.

No, It’s not OK in an all girls party. Invite me in then it will be OK. (becoz the way I’ll look at them ,they’ll all cover up

A woman needs to cover up certain areas even in front of other women. If those are not revealing, then I don't see anything wrong with that.
I've been to lots of them and it's just amusing how people can change and adapt so well to something they are not used to doing/wearing.

Umm aside from what they're wearing, I've yet to see the abaya of a woman open up in the public. Ever. So don't exactly know which are of UAE you were in where you could see what exactly what they were wearing.
Look apparently everyone around me is all like "well it's ok cuz it's all women" too, and I'm not exactly in the favor of it either, but if you're going to bring in the abaya, which btw can be just as provocative or sluttish, as the OP stated, then you have got to get your story right.
